The mission of the Clerk’s Office is to build public trust and confidence in Prince Edward County’s local governance. Our Office’s primary services include, facilitating the decision making process by supporting Council and its local boards and committees, making information accessible to the public while protecting privacy in accordance with legislation, providing leadership in matters of protocol, providing administrative support to Members of Council, processing vital statistics, lottery gaming licences and administering the municipal election.
