The County has received applications for a Draft Plan of Subdivision & Condominium, Official Plan Amendment and Zoning By-law Amendment to create seventeen (17) lots to be accessed by a private condominium road. The application for Draft Plan of Condominium proposes to create common property elements for the proposed subdivision (i.e. road & open space block). The Official Plan Amendment proposes to permit access to the proposed development by a private (condominium) road. The proposed Technical Consent application proposes to establish a right-of-way over the neighbouring property for the proposed road. The Zoning By-Law Amendment proposes to modify the existing zoning as result of the proposed subdivision application.
