The County has received applications for Minor Variance and Rezoning. Through the proposed minor variance, the applicant seeks to alter minimum lot area requirements and maximum lot area requirements for selective lots and blocks within the Phase I West Meadows Subdivision. The subject lands are located East of 145 County Road 4. The applicant is also proposing to Rezone the property in order to remove the Holding Zone from Blocks 20 and 21.
