The County has received an application for a Minor Variance to allow for the construction of a new accessory building. The Application proposes to vary Section 4.1.4.2 of the County of Prince Edward Comprehensive Zoning By-Law 1816-2006 to allow for an accessory building with a height of 6.145 metres (20.167 feet) from the required 5 metres (16.4 feet). The subject lands are known as 947 County Road 13 in the Ward of South Marysburgh.
