The County has received an application for Minor Variance pertaining to the property located West of 244B County Road 39. Through the proposed variance, the applicant is seeking to reduce the minimum setback requirement from a regulatory floodplain from 15 metres (Section 4.25.2 of the County’s Zoning By-Law) to 6 metres. The proposed variance will permit the development of a single detached dwelling within the subject property.
