The County has received an application for a Minor Variance to allow for the construction of a single detached dwelling. The Application proposed to vary Section 16.3.3 of the County of Prince Edward Comprehensive Zoning By-Law 1816-2006 to allow for a front yard setback of 14.39 metres from the required 15 metres. The Application also proposed vary Section 4.25.2 of the County of Prince Edward Comprehensive Zoning By-Law 1816-2006 to allow for a setback of 6 metres to the Regulatory Flood Plain from the required 15 metres. The subject lands are known as 20465 Loyalist Parkway in the Ward of Ameliasburgh.
