The County has received an application for a Minor Variance to allow for the construction of a second dwelling unit. The Application proposes to vary Section 4.25.4 of the County of Prince Edward Comprehensive Zoning By-Law 1816-2006 to allow for a setback of 15 metres to a water body/water course where the regulatory flood plain elevation is unknown from the required 30 metres. The subject lands are known as 2885 County Road 10 in the Ward of South Marysburgh.
