The County has received an application for a Minor Variance to allow for the construction of an accessory building. The Application proposes to vary Section 4.1.4.2 of the County of Prince Edward Comprehensive Zoning By-Law 1816-2006 to allow for a maximum height of an accessory building of 6.65 metres (21.82 feet) from the required 5 metres (16.4 feet). The subject lands are known as 15575 Loyalist Parkway in the Ward of Hallowell.
