The County has received an application for a Minor Variance to vary Section 126.96.36.199 of the County of Prince Edward Comprehensive Zoning By-Law 1816-2006 . The proposed variance would increase the permitted maximum height for an accessory building on property from 5 metres to 6.71 metres. The purpose of the application is to permit the construction of a detached garage with a loft space above. The property is located at 79 Tomlinson Lane in the Ward of Ameliasburgh.
