The County has received an application for a Minor Variance to allow for an addition to an existing dwelling. The Application proposes to vary Section 16.3.7 of the County of Prince Edward Comprehensive Zoning By-Law 1816-2006 to allow for a maximum lot coverage of 19.6% from the required 15% lot coverage. The subject lands are known as 160 Island Road in the Ward of Hallowell.
