The County has received an application for a Minor Variance to vary Section 184.108.40.206 of the County of Prince Edward Comprehensive Zoning By-Law 1816-2006 to increase the maximum lot coverage for the property from 15% to 18.7%. The purpose of the application is to permit the construction of an addition to an existing dwelling as well as a deck. The property is located at 434 Island Road in the Ward of Hallowell.
