The County has received an application for Minor Variance to permit the construction of a boathouse. The proposed boathouse has a height of 7.6 metres whereas the maximum height permitted for accessory structures is 5 metres (Section 4.1.4.2 of Comprehensive Zoning By-Law 1816-2006. The subject site is located at 822 County Road 35 in the Ward of Sophiasburgh.
