The County has received an application for Minor Variance to increase the permitted maximum density for STAs within a 500 metre radius of the subject lands which are located at 1018 Fry Road. Through the proposed variance, the applicants are seeking to increase the maximum permitted density from 15% to 15.3% to permit an STA for which an application was submitted under the former Licencing By-law.
