The County has received an application for Minor Variance to increase the lot coverage for accessory structures from the permitted 5% to the requested 5.34% (Section 184.108.40.206 of the County’s Zoning By-Law). The proposed variance will permit the development of an enlarged detached garage that is intended to replace an existing garage. The subject property is located at 638 Cressy Bayside Road in the Ward of North Marysburgh.
