The County has received an application for a Minor Variance to allow the construction of a new single detached dwelling. The Application proposes to vary Section 16.3.7 of the County of Prince Edward Comprehensive Zoning By-Law 1816-2006 to permit a lot coverage of 19.77% from the permitted 15%. The subject lands are located north of 2932 County Road 8 in the Ward of North Marysburgh.
