Through Consent File B107-21 & B108-21 the owner proposes to sever two new 2.4-hectare rural residential lots with 119.8 metres of frontage each onto Mcintyre Road. The proposed retained parcel has an area of approximately 5.6 hectares with approximately 315.7 metres
of existing frontage on Mcintyre

The subject lands are currently zoned the Rural 1 (RU1) Zone. Through the approval of Zoning File Z61-21, the applicants are seeking to be rezone the severed and lots to the Rural Residential 2 (RR2) Zone and the retained lot to a special Rural 1 (RU1-XX) to reflect the lot size.
