The purpose & effect of the application will be to sever a parcel from the lands located at 175 County Road 4. The subject lands are owned by 1039353 Canada Ltd. and are described as:Part Lot 20 Concession 3 Military Tract, Hallowell, Part 1 on 47R9222; Prince Edward.
The proposed severed parcel has an area of 2.1 hectares with 45.7 metres of frontage along County Road 4. The severed parcel is proposed to be Rezoned from the Special Rural 1 (RU1-57) Zone to the Institutional (I) Zone in order to permit the development of a public school therein. The proposed retained parcel has an area of 3.0 hectares and will be integrated within the West Meadows Subdivision. The lands to be integrated within West Meadows will be Rezoned through a separate application.
