B42-21 & Z39-21 - Laducci & Burns (153 Mowbray Road)


Through Consent File B42-21, the owners propose to sever a 0.3 ha lot addition with 13.1 m of frontage onto Mowbray Road and 102.8 m of frontage onto Airport Road to create a 0.7 ha lot with 13.1 m of frontage onto Mowbray Road and 148.5 m of frontage onto Airport Road. The proposed retained parcel has an area of approximately 1.3 ha with 63.9 m of frontage onto Mowbray Road.

The subject lands are currently zoned the Rural Residential 1 (RR1) Zone and Rural Residential 2 (RR2) Zone.  Through the approval of Zoning File No. Z39-21, the proposed severed lands will be rezoned to Rural Residential 1 (RR1) Zone. The proposed retained lands will remain Rural Residential 2 (RR2) Zone due to the resulting lot size of the severance.  


The applications will be moving forward for a Statutory Public Meeting and Decision by County Council at the August 25, 2021 Planning Committee Meeting.
