The County has received an application for Consent and Rezoning to sever one new lot within the subject property. The lands to be severed are currently developed with a single detached dwelling, detached garage, storage barn and outbuildings. The proposed severed and retained lots will be rezoned as a result of the consent with the proposed retained lot to be rezoned to prohibit residential use. The subject lands are located at 848 Melleville Road.
