Burn permit phone line temporarily unavailable

Prince Edward County Fire & Rescue’s phone line dedicated to activating burn permits within the County is temporarily unavailable.

The online permit system is still available at this time. Residents can activate burn permits by visiting the website, signing in and clicking on the “register open burn” link. Click here to visit the website.

If you have limited access to internet, you can activate a burn permit by calling 613-476-2345 and providing your name and/or address to the fire department.
