Cork and Vine developers hosting public information meeting on July 26

July 13, 2022

Kaitlin Corporation, owners of the lands known as Cork and Vine in Wellington, will hold a public information meeting on Tuesday, July 26.

The public information meeting will provide the public with an opportunity to learn more about the history of the site, ask any questions, and provide input that will help shape future development.

The landowner is also seeking input from local residents and businesses about some modifications to the previously approved Draft Plans of Subdivision. The landowner wants to have open discussions around the preferred housing types, tenure, amenity spaces, land-use compatibility, and commercial spaces within the site, which is located on the west side of Belleville Street and the north side of the Millennium Trail. View the map.

The meeting, which is being initiated by the developer, will take place at the Wellington and District Community Centre (111 Belleville Street, Wellington) beginning at 6 pm.

For more information or to ask any questions about this meeting, please contact the developer’s planning consultant, Katie Pandey at Weston Consulting, by email kpandey@westonconsulting.com  or call 905.738.8080 extension 335.
