Council for the County of Prince Edward has directed the Chief Administrative Officer and legal team to obtain answers from Picton Terminals to additional questions asked during a closed meeting on June 26.
In April 2023, County Council directed its Chief Administrative Officer and legal team to negotiate an agreement with Picton Terminals and return to Council.
County Council has made no decisions on this outstanding legal matter.
