The deadline to submit an EOI is 4 pm on Monday, August 21. The EOI document is available on the County’s website.
Information sessions for the EOI will be held at the Picton Town Hall (2 Ross Street) on the following days:
- Tuesday, July 18 from 9:30 am – 11:30 am
- Thursday, July 20 from 9:30 am – 11:30 am
A Tenant Selection Committee will review the EOIs as part of its process of making recommendations to County Council on the tenant mix for the redevelopment of the site.
