A draft discussion paper has been prepared in support of the County’s Zoning By-law Review.
The draft discussion paper covers the following topics:
- Overview of Zoning By-law Review process and community engagement approach
- Review of existing planning policy and legislation, municipal policies, relevant documents, and mapping
- Review of the existing Zoning By-law to determine its conformity with the County’s current Official Plan
- Key zoning topics and issues to be addressed through the review
The draft discussion paper will help frame the discussion and presentation at a public open house on Wednesday, March 29. The open house will be held from 7-9 pm at the Banquet Hall Room, Prince Edward Community Centre (375 Picton Main Street), Picton.
At the public open house, County staff and WSP, the County’s consultant, will be available to answer questions and obtain comments. Additionally, a kid’s activity table and colouring pages will be provided.
