Heavier pedestrian traffic expected near Roblin Lake (Ameliasburgh) August 26 due to race

A higher than usual number of pedestrians in the vicinity of Roblin Lake are expected Saturday, August 26 for the inaugural Aquathon for Maddy Kort.

Motorists and boaters are asked to take caution as a race combining swimming and running will take place in and around Roblin Lake from 10 am to 2 pm.

There will be no road closures as runners will be travelling on the side of the roads. The running route will start at Roblin Lake onto County Road 19 to County Road 2, Salem Road, Whitney Road, back on to County Road 19 and ending at Roblin Lake.
