The County of Prince Edward municipal offices will be closed on Monday, October 9 for Thanksgiving.
Offices will reopen on Tuesday, October 10 at 8:30 am.
Garbage and recycling collection
- Curbside garbage, green bin, and recycling pickup service will occur according to the regular schedule.
- Environmental 360 Solutions and Quinte Waste Services remind residents to have their garbage, green bin, and properly sorted blue boxes out to the curb by 7 am to ensure pickup. Click here to view the recycling and garbage collection schedules.

Recreation Facilities
The Wellington and District Community Centre and the Prince Edward Community Centre will be closed on Monday, October 9. Regular programming is scheduled Saturday, October 7 and Sunday, October 8. Click here to view the community ice schedule.
County Transit
County Transit will not be operating on Monday, October 9. Service will resume Tuesday, October 10.
