Public Information Centre for roadwork on Picton Main Street scheduled for June 3

The County will host a public information centre (PIC) for the upcoming reconstruction project on Picton Main Street between Bridge Street and Spencer Street.

The virtual PIC will take place on Thursday, June 3 beginning at 7 pm.

The reconstruction project is scheduled to start on September 7, 2021. Construction is tentatively projected for completion in 2022.

At the PIC, Joe Angelo, Project Manager with the County of Prince Edward, and Matthew McIntosh, Project Manager with The Greer Galloway Group, will provide further details about the project, the work being undertaken, and the plans for detouring traffic during the reconstruction.

The PIC will be conducted virtually due to COVID-19 protocols. The County will stream the session live on its . A recording of the PIC will be available following the meeting.
