Public skating returns this week to both arenas in Prince Edward County.
Under provincial legislation, everyone 18 years of age and older must provide proof of full vaccination and photo ID to participate in public skating. People under 18 years of age do not need to provide proof of vaccination.
Visit the Government of Ontario website to download your vaccine certificate. If you do not have a computer, a photo health card, or need help, call the Provincial Vaccine Contact Centre at 1.833.943.3900 to request a copy of your vaccine certificate by email or mail.
Anyone entering the facilities must complete the COVID-19 screening. The following information will be collected upon entry:
- Name and phone contact of each person attending the facility
- COVID-19 self-screening questions sign-off for each person entering facility (parent or guardian to sign for anyone under age 16).
