The County of Prince Edward will hold a second Public Consultation Centre (PCC) on Thursday, April 11 for the Regional Water Supply Servicing Master Plan.
The PCC will be held at the Wellington and District Community Centre (111 Belleville Street, Wellington) from 6 – 8 pm.
The municipality is undertaking the master plan study to identify the best approach for replacing aging infrastructure, addressing threats to source water protection, and supporting future growth. Click here to learn more about the study.
At the PCC on April 11, staff and consultants will present the preliminary preferred water supply servicing alternative for each water system within the urban areas of Picton, Wellington and Rossmore, and the villages of Bloomfield, Ameliasburgh, Peat’s Point, Consecon and Carrying Place.
The PCC will follow an open house style format with information boards. Staff and the consultant will receive feedback and answer questions from the attendees.
