Short-term closures of the Bay of Quinte Skyway Bridge on County Road 49 will occur between 9 pm on Thursday, August 5 and 6 am on Friday, August 6.
- During this time period, the highway will be closed for 30-minute periods, during which time no traffic will be permitted to pass over the bridge.
- Following the 30-minute closure periods, the bridge will re-open to clear traffic queues prior to closing again for another 30 minutes.
- During the closure, the contractors will finalize work for the temporary traffic signals required for the staging configuration on Segment D.
