The Bay of Quinte Skyway Bridge will remain in a single-lane configuration until spring 2024.
- Traffic will continue to be controlled by traffic signals.
- During this time, the contractor will be completing final girder erections, concrete deck placement, barrier wall placements, asphalt paving, and approach grading work.
- The Ministry of Transportation and its contractor, GIP (formerly Aecon), are working to rehabilitate the Bay of Quinte Skyway.
- Construction started in the summer of 2018 and is anticipated to be completed in the summer of 2024.
