Traffic disruptions on County Road 49 May 2

May 1, 2023

Environmental groundwater sampling may cause traffic disruptions on County Road 49 in the vicinity of Fawcettville on Tuesday, May 2.

 

  • Traffic control measures will be in place throughout the day, including the closure of the northbound lane on County Road 49.
  • Motorists are asked to slow down and follow all signs and direction from traffic control persons.
  • Curbside garbage, green bin, and recycling pickup service will not be impacted.
  • Environmental 360 Solutions and Quinte Waste Services remind residents to have their garbage, green bin, and properly sorted blue boxes out to the curb by 7 am to ensure pickup. Click here to view the recycling and garbage collection schedules.
