A virtual public information meeting will take place on Wednesday, March 29 at 6 pm for the planning applications 13-T-22-502 & Z30-22.
The County has received applications for a draft plan of subdivision and zoning by-law amendment for a subdivision adjacent to the existing West Meadows Subdivision in the Ward of Bloomfield/Hallowell. The applications would result in an extension of the West Meadows subdivision and permit the development of 15 single-detached lots and 43 townhouse units.
Members of the public who wish to attend the virtual public meeting must register by contacting mcoffey@pecounty.on.ca by noon on Monday, March 27. The meeting will be held virtually on Microsoft Teams. If you have any questions regarding accessing Microsoft Teams please contact Matt Coffey at the above email address.
Materials for each of the above applications can be viewed on The County’s website.
This public meeting is an information meeting only. Public information meetings are held as part of the updated planning application process approved in 2021.
At a public information meeting, the proponent/agent will present the proposal. If any member of the public would like to ask questions or make comments, they will be able to do so after the presentation by the applicant.
The statutory public meeting required under the Planning Act will be a Planning Committee meeting and would only be held after the public information meeting and when the assigned County planner has completed an analysis of the project.
