Virtual public meeting for Trae Resort (2353 County Road 7) on June 28

June 15, 2023

A virtual public information meeting will take place on Wednesday, June 28 at 7 pm for the planning application Z38-22.

The County has received an application for a zoning by-law amendment located at 2353 County Road 7 in the ward of North Marysburgh.

The applications would result in the creation of an eco-cabin resort with 31 cabins, a clubhouse with event space, together with a spa and walking trails.

Members of the public who wish to attend the virtual public meeting must register by contacting mcoffey@pecounty.on.ca by noon on Monday, June 26. The meeting will be held virtually on Microsoft Teams. If you have any questions regarding accessing Microsoft Teams please contact Matt Coffey by email.

Materials for the applications can be viewed on The County’s website.

This public meeting is an information meeting only. Public information meetings are held as part of the planning application process.

At a public information meeting, the proponent/agent will present the proposal. If any member of the public would like to ask questions or make comments, they will be able to do so after the presentation by the applicant.

The statutory public meeting required under the Planning Act will be a Planning and Development Committee meeting. The statutory public meeting would only be held after the public information meeting and when the assigned County planner has completed an analysis of the project.
