August 3, 2022

The public is advised that a virtual public meeting will take place on August 17, 2022 at 7pm regarding the planning applications Z5-19 & SP-01-19 (The Views).

The County has received revised applications for Zoning By-law Amendment and Site Plan Control approval for a residential development consisting of multi-unit residential buildings and townhomes. The subject lands are currently zoned the Special Rural Residential 1 (RR1-44) Zone, and Limited Service (LSR) Zone. Through Zoning File Z5-19, the site is proposed to be zoned as the Special Urban Residential 3 (R3-XX) Zone. Through Site Plan Control Application File No. SP-01-19, the applicant proposes to implement the development through a detailed plan. The purpose and effect of the applications will be to change the zoning of the subject lands in the Comprehensive Zoning By-Law No. 18-16-2006.

Members of the public who wish to attend the virtual public meeting must register by contacting mcoffey@pecounty.on.ca by noon on Monday August 15, 2022.
