The West Mary Street sanitary sewer reconstruction project will continue on Monday, April 8.
The project will include reconstruction of the existing sanitary sewer on West Mary Street with a larger sized sewer to accommodate future development and expansion within the west Picton built boundary.
- West Mary Street will be closed between Lake Street and Spring Street.
- Motorists are asked to follow the detour in place from Ontario Street to South Street, James Avenue and County Road 10. Local access is permitted.
- Access to Rotary Park will not be permitted during the construction. The work is expected to be completed by June 2024.
- Advance notice will be provided when temporary disruptions to sewer and water service is required.
