SUMMARY:Public Information Meeting: Sterling Homes Development
DESCRIPTION:A public information meeting will take place on Wednesday\, November 29\, 2023 at the Wellington and  District Community Centre (111 Belleville Street) for the planning application Z3-23. \nThe County has received from the developer an application for a Zoning By-law Amendment. The lands are located south of the Millennium Trail\, west of Cleminson Street\, and north of Wellington Main Street. \nThe application would result in the development of approximately 253 dwelling units consisting of: \n\nLane-fronting townhomes\nRear-lane townhomes\nBack-to-back townhomes\nSingle-detached homes\n\nThe site would be accessed from two points: one located on Wellington Main Street and the other located on Cleminson Street. \nMaterials for the applications can be viewed on The County’s website:\nhttps://www.thecounty.ca/z3-23-380-wellington-main \nThis public meeting is an information meeting only. Public information meetings are held as part of the planning application process. At a public information meeting\, the proponent/agent will present the proposal. If any member of the public would like to ask questions or make comments\, they will be able to do so after the presentation by the applicant. \nThe statutory public meeting required under the Planning Act will be a Planning and Development Committee meeting. The statutory public meeting would only be held after the public information meeting and when the assigned County planner has completed an analysis of the project. \n
