DESCRIPTION:The County of Prince Edward municipal offices will be closed on Monday\, July 1 for the Canada Day holiday. \nOffices will reopen on Tuesday\, July 2 at 8:30 am. \nGarbage and recycling collection \n\nCurbside garbage\, green bin\, and recycling pickup service will occur according to the regular schedule.\nEnvironmental 360 Solutions and Quinte Waste Services remind residents to have their garbage\, green bin\, and properly sorted blue boxes out to the curb by 7 am to ensure pickup. Click here to view the recycling and garbage collection schedules.\nThe County’s landfill and transfer stations will be open on Saturday\, June 29. Visit the municipal website for more information.\n\nCommunity Centres \nThe walking track at the Wellington and District Community Centre will be closed on Monday\, July 1. The track will reopen on Tuesday\, July 2 and operate on the summer schedule: Monday – Friday\, 7 am – 3 pm. \nThe Prince Edward Community Centre will also be closed Monday\, July 1. \nCounty Transit \nCounty Transit will not operate on Monday\, July 1. \nPECelebrates \nA celebration of community\, cultures and Canada\, will take place June 21 – July 1 across Prince Edward County.
