SUMMARY:Comprehensive Zoning By-law Review – Third Open House
DESCRIPTION:The third public open house for the Comprehensive Zoning By-law review project is scheduled for Tuesday\, June 20. \nThe public open house is an opportunity for all members of the community to be involved in the Zoning By-law Review and provide preliminary input. \nThe public open house will include: \n\nA brief presentation by the County’s project consultant\, WSP\, including an overview of the Zoning By-law Review project\, work plan\, and summary of the draft discussion paper prepared for the project.\nAn open question and answer session with the project team and discussion on various zoning issues that the County is considering as part of the review.\n\nA kid’s table with colouring pages and activity sheets will be provided! \nVisit the County’s Have Your Say consultation platform to learn more and get involved in this project. \nThe draft discussion paper is available for review on the Have Your Say project page. \nFor further information\, or to provide comments\, please contact Michael Michaud\, Manager of Planning\, County of Prince Edward\, at 613.476.2148 extension 2025 or email mmichaud@pecounty.on.ca

SUMMARY:Virtual Public Meeting -- Trae Resort Planning Application Z38-22
DESCRIPTION:A virtual public information meeting will take place on Wednesday\, June 28 at 7 pm for the planning application Z38-22. \nThe County has received an application for a zoning by-law amendment located at 2353 County Road 7 in the ward of North Marysburgh. \nThe applications would result in the creation of an eco-cabin resort with 31 cabins\, a clubhouse with event space\, together with a spa and walking trails. \nMembers of the public who wish to attend the virtual public meeting must register by contacting mcoffey@pecounty.on.ca by noon on Monday\, June 26. The meeting will be held virtually on Microsoft Teams. If you have any questions regarding accessing Microsoft Teams please contact Matt Coffey by email. \nMaterials for the applications can be viewed on The County’s website. \nThis public meeting is an information meeting only. Public information meetings are held as part of the planning application process. \nAt a public information meeting\, the proponent/agent will present the proposal. If any member of the public would like to ask questions or make comments\, they will be able to do so after the presentation by the applicant. \nThe statutory public meeting required under the Planning Act will be a Planning and Development Committee meeting. The statutory public meeting would only be held after the public information meeting and when the assigned County planner has completed an analysis of the project.
