SUMMARY:Statutory public open house for Comprehensive Zoning By-law
DESCRIPTION:The public open house will be an opportunity for members of the community to provide input on the second draft of the Comprehensive Zoning By-law. \nThe statutory public open house is required under the Ontario Planning Act. Click here to view the meeting notice. \nThe format of the public open house will be as follows: \n\nA brief presentation by the County’s project consultant\, WSP\, will begin at 6:15 pm. The presentation will include an overview of the second draft of the Comprehensive Zoning By-law and proposed key changes to the document.\nAn open question and answer session with the project team.\n\nThe second draft of the Comprehensive Zoning By-law is available for review on the municipality’s public engagement platform\, Have Your Say. \nGeneral questions or comments can also be submitted to Michael Michaud\, Manager of Planning\, County of Prince Edward\, at mmichaud@pecounty.on.ca.
