SUMMARY:Public Information Meeting: Development proposal at Nicholas Street & Cumberland Street
DESCRIPTION:Homes First Development Corporation will hold a public information meeting for a development proposal at Nicholas Street and Cumberland Street on Wednesday\, August 28 at 6 pm at the Picton Town Hall (2 Ross Street). \nThe proposed development is situated on an irregularly shaped site located generally southwest of the intersection of Nicholas Street and Cumberland Street in Picton. A smaller triangular shaped portion of the site is located on the north side of Cumberland Street. Click here to see a diagram of the site. \nThe proposed development would consist of a medium-density rental housing project with a range of unit types.
