  • You must provide your own device, speaker or other means of playing music. The municipality does not provide device(s) for music to be played on.
  • Max. 30 people, including witnesses and the wedding party.
  • Two witnesses are required for the ceremony.

  • Applicant and/or Joint Applicant (Applicants) consent to the following:

    • No alcohol is permitted on Municipal property.
    • No music will be provided by the Municipality.
    • No religious connotation shall be contained in the ceremony.
    • The Applicants shall be responsible for the conduct and supervision of all persons admitted to the Municipal Facility and shall see that all regulations pertaining to the event are strictly followed.
    • The Municipal Facility will be available for the duration of the ceremony. Minimal decorating, i.e. flowers, balloons, etc., is permitted, however, must be approved by the officiant in advance of the ceremony. No decorations, confetti, bubbles, candles or incense are allowed in or on the grounds.

  • Personal information contained on this form is collected pursuant to the Municipal Act, 2001, and will be used for the purpose of providing the civil marriage solemnization services.
