The County has received an application for Official Plan Amendment. The proposed OPA would amend Schedule F of the Picton Secondary Plan (2015), integrating the subject lands into Service Area 1 rather than the existing Service Area 3. The OPA will facilitate the extension of municipal water and wastewater services to the Phase 5 West Meadows Subdivision.
