The County has received applications for an Application for Official Plan Amendment to the Wellington Secondary Plan, Consent to Sever & a Zoning By-Law Amendment to support the development of a 6-unit tourist accommodation, to recognize the existing uses and create one (1) new lot. The subject sites are known as the Drake Motor Inn (266 Wellington Main Street and as 41, 43, 45 & 47 Wharf Street) and the Drake Devonshire Inn (20 & 24 Wharf Street).
