Notice of Public Information Meeting

A virtual public information meeting will take place on Wednesday, November 24 at 7 pm regarding the planning applications OPA-09-21, B146-21 & Z110-21 (Drake Property Holdings Inc.).

Members of the public who wish to attend the virtual public meeting must register by contacting Matt Coffey, Planning Coordinator, Approvals, at mcoffey@pecounty.on.ca by noon on Monday, November 22. The meeting will be held virtually on Microsoft Teams.

The County has received applications for an Application for Official Plan Amendment to the Wellington Secondary Plan, Consent to Sever & a Zoning By-Law Amendment to support the development of a 6-unit tourist accommodation, to recognize the existing uses and create one (1) new lot. The subject sites are known as the Drake Motor Inn (266 Wellington Main Street and as 41, 43, 45 & 47 Wharf Street) and the Drake Devonshire Inn (20 & 24 Wharf Street).
