Please allow 3 working days to process your application. You will receive an e-mail confirmation when your application has been processed.

For single day permits, please purchase through the Passport Parking Canada app on your device or desktop computer, or purchase in person at Shire Hall customer service, or at any PEC Library Branch.

Before you start, you will need:

• Vehicle make and licence plate number for up to two vehicles that will be registered to use the parking permit.
• Proof of residence if you are a Prince Edward County resident and wish to access the discounted permit rate. (Government-issued ID with address, tax bill, water bill, rental agreement etc.)
• Proof that both vehicles are registered on the same insurance policy, if you wish to register two vehicles on the same permit.
