SP-11-21 (The Wellington IG Inc)
The County has received application for a Site Plan Control Agreement for a Hotel, 7 accommodation cabins and accessory uses at 192 Wellington Main Street. The subject lands received zoning approval for the uses through Zoning By-law Application Z56-17 in March 2018. Prior to developing the lands the owners must enter into a Site Plan Control Agreement with the Municipality.
