DESCRIPTION:A public information meeting for a development proposal at 565 Wesley Acres Road will take place at Highline Hall at the Wellington and District Community Centre (111 Belleville Street) on Wednesday\, November 27 at 6 pm. \nThe municipality has received an application to approve a Zoning By-law Amendment. The purpose of the application is to develop the subject lands for tourist commercial use\, serving as the main camp for Campfire Circle. \nThe proposed development will include a central lodge\, accommodation\, and accessory recreational uses typical of a camp/resort use\, as well as specialized uses and design features to meet the needs of the users and staff. \nMembers of the public who wish to attend the meeting are asked to register by contacting Matthew Coffey\, Planning Approvals\, Coordinator\, at mcoffey@pecounty.on.ca by noon on Monday\, November 25\, 2024.
