The County has received an application for Zoning By-law amendment to rezone the property from Rural 1 (RU1) Zone to Special Tourist Commercial (TC-XX) Zone to permit a tourist establishment comprising 31 tourist cabins, a clubhouse, event space and spa. Further, the application proposes to rezone the existing Environmental Protection (EP) Zone to Special Environmental Protection (EP-XX) Zone to permit recreational uses within these lands. The subject lands are located at 2353 County Road 7 in the Ward of North Marysburgh.
