Z4-24 - Mason & Kralits


The County has received an application for Rezoning a 1601 County Road 24 to rezone the property from the Special Rural Residential 2 (RR2-63-H) Holding Zone to a new Special Rural Residential 2 (RR2-XX) Zone. The proposed rezoning will recommend the existing minimum lot frontage of 50 metres; a minimum front yard of 11.5 metres; permit access by means of a private right-of-way; and acknowledge that Section 4.7 of the Zoning By-law does not prevent development. The applicant wishes to construct a detached residential garage near the existing dwelling.
