The County of Prince Edward is asking business owners to share their needs, concerns, and opportunities through an online survey.
The Business Retention and Expansion (BR+E) survey deadline is Thursday, August 31. Click here to access the survey.
The survey is organized based on several themes. Business owners or operators can share their views on the County’s business climate and workforce, business development supports and community development needs, as well as their businesses’ future plans.
Data collected from the online survey will be analyzed by an advisory group made up of representatives from Career Edge, The County Foundation, Picton Business Improvement Area, PEC Chamber of Commerce, Prince Edward Learning Centre, Thrive PEC and Visit The County. This work will inform the development of a strategic action plan.
The BR+E survey follows a template designed by the Ontario Ministry of Agriculture, Food & Rural Affairs (OMAFRA). This will allow the County to compare results to other Ontario communities that have completed BR+E project and gain valuable regional and provincial insights.
